Community Resilience
Our mission is to build a healthier community through collaboration, innovation, and resource-sharing. We recognize the incredible work that local community-based organizations (CBOs) do to uplift and support our community.
Through partnerships, weave networks of resources to empower community members, amplify the impact of CBOs, and collectively address the health and wellness needs of our diverse population. We believe that by working together, we can achieve greater outcomes than we could individually.
We collaborate with local community-based organizations, community coalitions, public health departments and health systems to identify and address gaps affecting underserved populations. Through listening sessions and engagement, we identify key challenges and needs, securing frameworks and funding for vital projects that contribute to community well-being, such as ensuring access to vaccines and screenings, and providing trusted support where it’s needed most.
In our community resilience efforts, we also empower leaders with frameworks and guidance to establish tailored Community Health Hubs, addressing unique community challenges.
