Welcome to the Solano Community Health Hub, the flagship initiative of CHMRC. Our deep-rooted presence in Solano County dates back to the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. Throughout the pandemic's prolonged duration, our commitment to Solano County remained unwavering. From operating the Covid clinic at Solano Town Center mall to providing essential services at the Solano County fairgrounds in Vallejo, collaborating with schools, jails, and orchestrating pop-up clinics, our multifaceted approach addressed the evolving needs of the community.
As the pandemic gradually receded over nearly two years, we pivoted our focus toward community resilience. Expanding our commitment to community health and resilience, we engaged in collaborative endeavors with local community-based organizations. In the summer of 2023, we proudly unveiled our new focus and opened the doors to our new hub location, symbolizing a renewed dedication to partnership and impactful initiatives in the region.
